    Default vs ecotech memcal

    hi guys whats the software used to edit my vs' memcal, cheers and can i get some tips from ppl that have done it

    The favourite software at the moment for the aldl cable (im going to assume thats what your using) is efilive v4 (demo). From what I understand very little modification is possible. What did you want to edit?

    i wanna make a memcal to make everything bit better i spose more airflow?

    i havent done this b4 dont i need a eeprom burner too?

    use kalmaker - taht's what a tuning shop would use.
    can't give any tips, but I personally wouldn't touch it coz I have no idea what to do

    It would be likely that you would need a purpose built piece of hardware to make changes to the memcal and the corresponding software. You have seen a memcal havent you? The cars computer should do most calculations itself to optimise your fuel economy, so most changes to your cars system should be automatically accounted for. Ebay sell some upgraded ones,

    which might be worth checking out. It might even be worth talking to this person and asking him/her what is required to modify a memcal.
