im not sure, but there should be some info on how to do it in your car manual.

Open the boot, there's some plastic screws on the inside of the boot near the lights(with about a 1" wide head) that you can unscrew by hand. This will let you pull away the inside cover.
From memory there's a couple of screws the go right through to the light cover, undo these and the light housing lifts out. Then just undo the bulb housing thingos and change over the bulbs.
It's not 100% accurate, but once you get started it's very very easy to see what you need to do.
