I need to know asap. Simple Question

This is a fairly lame question but need to know quick, im hooking up a uv neon light inside my car and was wondering what i should earth it too??

either find an earth power cable, maybe your earth on your stereo, or just find a bolt that goes into the metal of the car...

yes most of the earths go to the body at the front of the car near the battery
