VS Acclaim 1995 problems

I have a 1995 Vs acclaim with a few problems that i dont know how to fix. If any one could help that would be great. I have checked the engine codes and the engine light flashes code 12, 23, 46 and 47. Im not sure how to fix these. Also the car sometimes fails to start, but if i leave it for a few minutes it starts. Sometimes the car cuts out while driving too. Does anyone know how to fix these problems?

they mean:

Code 23 - Mass Air Temp Sensor (MAT) high voltage

Code 46 - No Reference Signals while cranking

Code 47 - Crank Angle Reference Signal

Crank angel sensor needs replacing, cost 130 installed for bros vs acclaim.
after thats done reset the computer (disconnect battery or Engine fuse) then reconnect, and give a few days and recheck for any codes, if code 23 re occurs, then replace the sensor

the cutting out and hard to start is due to the crank angel sensor.

no probs, the crank angel sensor only plays up when its hot, so if it ever gets hard to start, let it cool down and start again

I would tip water on it to cool it down a bit faster and get on your way again, but get it replaced asap because it will get worse.
