Hey here's a quick dumb question, i bought some LED lights of the Type S brand, it says in the instructions, "connect the red wire to a 12 volt power source", so if i whipped out my interior light and directly wired these LEDs onto it they would work? like no resistors or anything?

i'm pretty sure of this, but i like to be safe...cheers Stretch.

If it's a 12v volt led then you wouldn't need a resistor, just try it, just in case you pop just say it never worked.

If its designed for 12v it will be fine. May already have something built in to drop the voltage.
