Is This a good price?

Hi guys

I just got a quote for an exhaust system

Consists of:

Extractors
Twin Cats and the usual rest mufflers and tip.

All done for $1200

I was assured it would gain 20rwkw as they have done this system to many other ecotecs and dynoed them.

What do you think?

does that include the catback? Is it 2 pipes all the way thru or merge back to one?

Also... if it's a twinnie on a 6.. make sure it's MAX 2 1/4".. 2 1/2" will kill your low end.

Its twin cat system yes it includes 2 hiflow cats.

It comes into one pipe from 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 at the rear with choice of tip.

Does 20kw atw sound right? The car has 82000kms

it'd be the upper end of possible gains... depends on how good the system is really.

The price sounds alright, extractors on their own are usually around $500-700.. twinnie exhaust $300-500...hi flow cats dunno.. lol but sounds good for full system.
