Climate Control Lights

Ok i have a VR berlina and 1/2 the time the Climate control lights just stop, and i have to hit the side to get them working again.
What could it be ?

Sounds like the globes are on their way out and not making a proper connection. I had the exact same problem with mine, one half of the climate unit didn't light up properly, so I pulled it apart, and replaced both globes, problem fixed.
