Scratched front bar

Does anyone know any repair places around the dandy/cranbourne area that can fix deep scratches in plastic front bars? The panel beaters want a few hundred to fix it so there's gotta be a cheaper option. It's metallic silver so that's gonna be fun to respray I guess.

I have a fair few scratches both surface and deep The best option was to get a new bumper for bout $220 for a brand new one from holden and get it sprayed.
