Air Temp Sensor?

I pulled my TB off last nite to give it a scrub up, I also noticed a sensor at the rear of the inlet manifold on the Drivers Side. I pulled it out and it looks like a posistor, its in a cage so it cant get damaged. I gave it a clean up as well as it looked pretty grubby.

I can only assume that its an Air Temp Sensor???

Any 1 know otherwise?

yeah, i think your right there....manifold air temp sensor...thats what it sounds like anyway.
