Any automotive paint shop should be able to mix this. Being a metallic clear over base industrial paint suppliers that dont deal in 2 packs will not be able to mix it.
Your best bet will be to go & see a panel shop to get it mixed. Take a removable piece off the car with you so they can color match it properly. The mixing formula is only a very close guide.
