how do i tell if my cars been lowered?

everyone keeps telling me it looks lowered, but i dunno if it is...i only have 15 inch tyres or 16 inch....there pretty small but it does look kinda lowered. its a vs s pack

how do i measure?

S pack will have FE2 standard. These are the equivalent of "lows" - about a 30mm drop from standard.

FE2 is just a suspension code that holden uses.

FE2 is the sports suspension package, its lower, a bit tougher ride, but handles alot better. I wouldn't worry about further lowering unless you feel it really needs it.

Jump in a mates non-lowered exec and throw it around a bit (but not too much ) and you'll feel the difference.

the left side of the car, starting from the bottom of the s pack kit to the ground. (21 cm)

Ok... what you need to do is find the lowest point underneath the car and measure it there. This is how the cops check you for defect (too low) and the most common way of measuring ride height.
