fault codes Code 44 and 45 help asap

my v8 is saying these are problems? what are they exacltly cant say ive heard of them before??

Code 44 - Oxygen Sensor Lean (O2)

Code 45 - Oxygen Sensor Rich (O2)

ignore that. just reset it again. and its coming back with 12's all the time now. which means everythings fine.!

oxygen sensor

hi mate, this sensor is located on you exhaust, im not sure where on a v8 but it should be either on your headers or piping just after the headers, the codes that are coming up are usually the oxygen sensor is faulty but dont quote me on it.
