HELP oil pressure gauge ?

Hey need to get an oil press gauge but dont know what pressure range to get, can any one help what is the oil pressure ment to be for an ecotec v6?
dont mind what format KPA Bar PSI any will do........

Mine runs at around 410 Kpa, drops back to 380 on the idle when hot.
Be very careful when installing a tee to the tapped hole for the oil pressure switch.
The wall thickness in the aluminium filter adaptor is very thin and will crack if you over-tighten the fitting.
The replacement filter adaptor from GM has addressed this fault and has a much thicker wall thickness.
