Just got my VY maloo body kit today.
Looks Great! Fabtech kit.
Never fitted a body kit before & was just wanting some tips hints & advice from those who have done it before.

Test fit it b4 it gets painted!!!!!

Then when u put it on, be VERY careful.
Oh and sikaflex con be helpful too.

lol, like deserthead said ...fit it first, before you paint it, always a good way to see whats a little out so you can sand appropriately in prep.
the rest is pretty easy really, not that much to it...just swap the front and rear bars for the new maloo ones using the same bolts (you shouldnt need any additional screws up front, rear might be different, ive not kitted a ute before).
then attach side skirts with a bead of sikalfex along the length of the skirting, bolting at each end (have to take rear wheels off to get a drill in there) and two or three screws underneath (should have markings on the kit where to drill).
thats about it really, just get a mate to help you out and its done in a couple of hours.
