vs v8 manual

i have a vs clubsport manual when i gave it some and revs went up to near 5 grand the gear box made a noise like when u dont put it into gear the right way and it makes that ****ed noise it did i noise like that from me reving it upto thr 4s near 5 grand what would that be?

Maybe its your clutch.

could it be my clutch but i was already in gear just driving givin it some, plus sometimes 2nd gear is harder to get into then others.

I find when the revs are up high in 1st gear (5000RPM) its hard to change into 2nd, but when revs are lower its fine... never had the crunch when in gear though.

I find 1st and 2nd gear the most stiff to select....

yeah second is the most stiff is that just how it is, ive already change the gearbox oil yesterday.
