ok i currently have a VP motor with 181000 on the odo, i can pick up a full VS s2 motor with 130000km cheap. is it worth dumping the vs motor into the vp chassis? what sort of specs do thesee motors have and pros, cons etc?

VP motor kicks off the line alot harder...

VS opens up higher in the revs and responds better to breathing mods.

Your call... I probably wouldnt worry unless theres an actual problem with your existing motor.

Mmmm well the ecotec is giong to be a bit cheaper to run... but they have power in different areas, it's a bit hard to do a straight comparison.

Well for 650, then I guess y not.
The ECOTEC will be more refined than the old buick, smoother, quiter etc. Power might b slightly up on the old motor.
Make sure the box will bolt straigh onto it though.

ps, wot kind of candy u offering??? ;-p

You will have trouble putting it in. The box is different plus the ecotec box has sensors running through the comp that the buick doesnt. If you wanna do a motor up i suggest grabbing a buick.
