Body roll means the car kinda leans on the outside wheel more, the body of the car 'rolls' so it tilted toward the outside. Hard to explain, but if you go and take a corner reassonably quick, you'll know what i mean.

The kings lows would obviously have more roll, as the higher spring has more travel in it than the low one.

I'd just get whichever of the two is cheaper or easier to get hold of, but id advise against getting pedders to install, as their labour seems pretty overpriced, and they like to try and get you to do stuff extra

I imagine heavy duty springs would have less roll in them?

that's a hard one. yes, heavier duty springs will reduce body roll, but heavy springs in the front will make it handle like a pig - really heavy
if you want less body roll, look at things like swaybar upgrades

I find King Springs better I had these installed in my prevouis commodores.

I would to just stick with either Pedders or King Springs other companys seem to just reset old springs and flog them off as new.
