i have this problem of not being able to start the car. since i took the battery out the car will turn over and has fired and ran for about 2 seconds and the will just keep turning over and not starting. what is the problem

Checked error codes? Likely to be the crank angle sensor, less likely is the dfi module. Could be fuel related too. Can you hear the petrol prime when before you turn the key all the way?
