vs v6 flatspots when cold any ideas ?

yep well ive got a vs v6 ute and its got an intermitant problem where sometimes itl flat spot when its dead cold in the morning itl only doing it reversing up the drive if i have to stop and wait for traffic then when i take off, then all day it wont do it again even if i let it to sit for a few hours

now ive run injector cleaner in it a couple times ive done the plugs done the leads any other ideas ? i also went away for a couple weeks after i chucked some lifter free fluid in the engine because i had a suspect intermitant lifter tick but lots of people say injectors make that ticking noise to so yeah

well checked it saturday morning, clean as a whistle, any other ideas ? on a lighter note i successfully done a factory central locking conversion on my poverty pack ute now all i need to do is wait for the electric mirrors that are comming in the mail and pop to holden on saturday to get two new remote heads
