Triptronic/Sportsmatic Tranmissions Conversions?

Ok did a search for this couldn't find much info so...

Lets just say cost aside, can it be done practically done like an auto to a manual conversion or would it be too radical and a hassle to done.

I think that they are pretty complicated transmissions, and need to have a computer to suit the car, which would have to be custom programmed, so i say no. Just get a shift kitted auto if thats what you want
