my globes were $21 a set of 2, as they are super brights, double the brightness of standard leds which are like 10bucks for 2 from supercheap auto.m Makes a hell of a difference but, my whole light glows green, lol

hey mate if cops pull u up for it just tell them ur showing ur support for the aussies , green and gold, lol

I got a set of blue inverted (the whole light glows, not just the globe) T10 LEDs for my parkers off ebay for $5.50. They're freakin' sweet!

Cops can still defect your car. Absolute best case scenario of putting them in will mean your car will become a cop magnet..

    There's no point IMO..

Not only is ANY colour illegal (all states) Worst case scenario is Blue - they can do you for impersonating police.

do what ive done and keep your originals in the car so if a cop pulls you over, bang switcho chango and they can keep their pretty yellow sticker

wouldnt white and yellow be legal as well??
but really, the rules (in WA at least) state that you cant have a red or blue light facing the front of the vehicle, or a white light facing the rear. Greens should be legal

WA - ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLE STANDARDS) RULES 2002 - REG 78

    (6) When on, a parking light must —

    (a) show a white or yellow light visible 200 m from the front of the vehicle; and
    (b) not use over 7 watts power.

I had green parkers in my green car for St Patricks day - looked so sweet - you just use the green sleeves from berlina/calais footwell globes. Easily found at autobarn and holden and cheap as chips. But illegal none the less.

yeh i asked a policeman once, and he said any different colour is illegal, but you would have to be unlucky to get booked for it.

Anyway i have green ones in my car, and they were $10 from autobarn and they look good, light up the whole headlights, had em on for a couple of months and nothings happened, driven past a few cop cars with just the parkers on and nothing happened.

My nephew had flashing parers Red/Blue The toss drove at night once flashing them got a car to pull out the way could have got his head smashed in.
I got a set of Red one's, And most of the time i don't drive with them because my area is cop land and i just can't be bothered getting pulled over for something that small.
