factory ride hight?

hay im feeling a bit odd in this part of the forum but any ways,

my old man has a vs and i was wonder what the factory ride hight is? as his is 410mm front and back, FROM CENTRE OF HUB STRAGHT UP 2 GUARD
it handles way worse then my vl with fekd shockers,

hes in need of new shockers soon, so im trying to get thought to him that its sitting like a mountain goat and the body roll is stuffing up the suspension quicker
he says its high coz of the factory gas tank in the boot but that dosnt sound right to me


any1? need the measurments plz and any ideas on if it really would be causing damage to the suspension,

the car has the engine and tank protection so thats proberly y its high
