if anybody is interested in choose a cam for the commie, i would always suggest Crow Cam, the gave me a good deal, so give them a ring.

have you ever used any other cams to compare it to?...or is this your first cam swap in a commodore?...im not saying crow cams arent good or anything, just wondering...as for some applications their generally "off the shelf" cams arent adequate.

i put a stage three crow cam in my V6, seems to be alright, noticed a conciderable differeance. sounds nice aswell. i lost alot of drivablility with the manaul though.

i dont think his car would work without rockers and springs. But seriously, its not something that will make that huge a difference. Higher ratio rockers mean that the cam to suit them has a lower compression
