Haha yeh it wont come out normally. i had to cut a long one of the lines, rip out the fabric and the stuffing underneath it, then glue in the new stuff. i used a stanley knife to cut out the fabric

If you want to take it out properly you'll first have to remove the door trim. Once the door trim is off look on the back side and you'll see the crappy factory sound deadening/padding material. I've gotten rid of this on mine because i've put down sound deadener, but there are a couple of bendable metal pieces that hold the door fabric insert in there that you can take out from the back. They're sort of like the metal clips you sometimes see used in folders to hold a whole bunch of loose A4 sleeves in which you'd chuck sheets of paper in to protect them. The ones how they just fold down. Cheers, Bryce.

yeah... that cruddy stock sound deadener stuff if you rip it off you can probably just chuck it back on with some glue if your not planning on sound deadening your doors. In my case i didn't have to put it back on because the doors are now sound deadened with dynamat, but up to you. Cheers, Bryce.

personally, im not for the 'luxury' theme with my car. im more of a ricer and im going for the white/silver/metal/chrome look. not every one buys the commodore for a luxury car- just have a look around the site. my bodykit should be going on in a couple of weeks. when i get it on, ill have silver/chrome grills and ill be working on the interior more when i get time.
the style does kind of follow through with the colour schemes and all, but i havnt finished modding my commy at all so you'l see... the theme will continue through the whole car.... eventually (money is a MAJOR issue)
heres some pics of the colour schemes so far... (chrome tail lights, clear indicators, chrome exhaust tip, painted some of interior silver and just for the sake of it ill throw in a pic of the body kit-unfortunately still in a box in shed, )
