vr Rear end locks up?

ive got an issue with my v6 vr auto commy, when i come to a stop (intersection etc) and then take off, the car seems to hesitate but from the back of the car then its fine, it sorta stops then goes, (i tend to accelerate a little more to get it moving again but when i do that i take off a fair bit faster, any suggestions?

ive had one axel replaced in it about 4 wks ago and replaced the dif oil, im hoping it isnt anything major (btw there is no noises as far as i know)

double check the tranny is engagine properly? when was that last serviced?

ok, ive had car for a yea rnow and its neva had one, i guess i get one soon. any idea how much for a service on the box
