Help, VS won't start

Hi, Last week my VS v6 would run rough when cold, but once warm run smoothly, over the next few days got progressively worse. I would have to warm the car up for about ten minutes before driving . During the warm up the car would idle rough, blow black smoke, make popping sounds.
The car now won't run at all.
The fuel pump, coolant temp. sensor, coil pack, spark plugs and leads have all been replaced. Fuel injectors cleaned.
Any ideas anyone

try having a look in your throttle body there may be some built up gunk in there

what he said^^ + have you got spark it could be the crank angle sensor

Its was the crank angle sensor

9 times out of 10 its the crank angle sensor. I think we need to start carrying spares in the VR/VS.
