Im gonna get a vt brake upgrade, just wondering does changing to twin piston and changing the lines mess with the abs? is there a diff pressure?

I dont think it has any effect on abs...the sensors at the wheels will still tell the actuator to work when lockup is sensed and change pressures to suit.
Check out this thread http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/showthread.php?t=34267 its about the master cylinder which aids the increased fluid supply needed with the bigger calipers and the better booster to go with it.
