How to remove center console??

hey i just bought a new colour dash for my car i put the one behind the speedos and everything i was just wondering how to put the one that goes on the heater controls? how do i replace it and the lights behind?

1 remover your t-bar panel just a little
2 3 screws removers the sorround, and pull to unclip
3 pull the security light out of its socket (it just pushes in)
4 one one screw and the climate controlls come out but u hav to remove the controll arm down the RH side.
5 more screws shud b visible remove them (all black screws).
6. pull down under steeringwheel panel via the 3 clips (1/2 turn)
7. remove the glove box by sliding the black rod to the LHs which is located in glovebox on RHS.
remove the screws from the main panel on glovebox side and drivers side and remove
