Fan Airline Pressure Switch

hello,

the pressure fan selector switch in my VS, it has a black airline cable coming from the switch witch makes a hissing noise sometimes constantly and sometimes while accelerating, thers also a black cable plug at the bottom (near left foot) right next to the air con button (not the one on the dash) near the heater pipes that has come loose and i couldent find where it went and now coz of that new plug is unplugged it constantly makes the hissing noise??? any help or diagrams for these??

If u get down into ur footwell on the left hand side, u will see the actuator for the temp selector, If u turn the dial all the way to cold, u will c there is an arm that will eventually strike a type of spring loaded pin, this pin assy has 2 dark coloured hoses connected to it?

Could that be where its from?
