VRII HeadRest Removal

Trying to remove VRII Executive Sedan Head Rests...Looks simple! Wrong!!, must be missing something!! Local AutoBarn Guy couldnt do it..no buttons on shaft eyelets...tried squeezing, pressing seat around where the Shafts go into the seat.....No Cigar!!! Anyone help....

Im pretty sure there is a clip you need to get. Do a search and you will find the thread.
