How to find out my fuel usage per 100kms

Hey ppl,
I have a VS V6 and I would like to know how I could find out my fuel usage rate per 100kms, I dont have a trip computer in my car so is there another way of getting the figures?

Quite easy, but you need to fill the tank completely and reset your trip meter each time you fill up to work out your figures.

Simply divide litres used/filled up by how many hundreds of km you got out of the last tank. For example 40 litres to travel 400km would be worked out by 40 divided by 4, and that will give you your figure in litres per 100 kilometres, in this case 10 litres per 100km.

If you used 40 litres to travel 350km, then the equation would be 40 divided by 3.5 etc etc

like the other dude said fill up ur tank reset ur trip meter and then next time u refill write down the kilometers and how much u used to fill the tank again

should b newhere between 9-12 depending on if ur foot is made of lead or not and how much of the km were stop start

yeah i used to get about 9l per 100km. Now in my new car iam down to 7l per 100 and i have never been happier.
