Quite easy, but you need to fill the tank completely and reset your trip meter each time you fill up to work out your figures.
Simply divide litres used/filled up by how many hundreds of km you got out of the last tank. For example 40 litres to travel 400km would be worked out by 40 divided by 4, and that will give you your figure in litres per 100 kilometres, in this case 10 litres per 100km.
If you used 40 litres to travel 350km, then the equation would be 40 divided by 3.5 etc etc
