VN commodore exhaust into VR commodore

hey my uncle is getting a new vt and strippin his VN commodore. he's giving me the complete exhaust from the headers back and ijust wanted to make sure that it will fit into my VR commodore executive. oh and both of the cars are non IRS too. thx

it may fit but you need to check if it has a flexable coupling because some do and some dont

i cant see why from the cat back wont fit, it should be fine. with the difference in transmision, im not too sure that the y-piece from the vn would go on though.

i was looking at doing the opposite thing, of putting a vs exhaust from header back to my vn, how ever i remember someone telling me that the tanks were in slightly different positions, mind you i was thinking about installing a vs sedan exhaust to my vn wagon and i'd have to extend it as well. however im not entirely sure that the tanks arn't in the same position, anyone know?

dont see why not. i'm pretty sure that the tanks from Vn to VS are interchangeable so should be rite. unless it has irs
