Does Any-1 Know How To Remove The Screws That Hold The Front Panels On A Vs Commodore?. They Dont Seem To Budge! Help Me

'97 VS Commodore + '98 E36
i have damaged the front left side fender/panel (the panel where the side indicator sits/the panel which surrounds the front wheel) sorry im a bit bad with the names.

but any way i cant seem to get the screws, dat are hidden under the hood dat hold the panel down to budge..any tips on how to remove?

If you cant undo them with a flat head screwdriver... buy yourself an impact wrench with screwdriver tips...it'll probably cost about $50. Also you need to remover the inner plastic guard which is held in place with screws and plastic plug screws to get to one of the bolts lower down...another is at the bottom of the guard attached it to the sill panel...and also there is another 2 holding the guard to the bumper !
