$6,000 VR/VS Clubsport

Yep, that's right. There's one around the corner for only $6k! I'm not sure if it's a VR or VS though...

What could be seriously wrong with it for a price like this? Besides massive km's of course... Does come with a RWC too.

I know it runs on duel fuel, and I've always thought this is something to avoid. Any thoughts?

Id say its a 12 yo car that has every common fault go wrong with it and needs a full restoration.

Yeah I've seen one go on eBay for similar money...it needed paint and mechanical work.

If it's in a yard for that much then it obviously has faults, wear and tear... The main thing I'd be worried about is if it has been smashed and straightened again.

i dunno i got myne for 9000 last weekend it was listed as 12 but i managed to get him down and i got a roadworthy and 11 months reg with it to....
as well as two sets of mags
myne hasnt been thrashed has fairly low kms and is stock as a rock...
its been well look after and has very good interior and paintwork.
never no it might just be another one of them bargans that comes around once in a lifetime
might be worth it to check it out

I got our VS Senator up for 9k, nothing wrong with it execpt it needs an A/C regas.
Other than that, its great!!!
We just upgraded to a new car.
Duel Fuel too. . . .
So u can grab a good bargain, they are around, but as mentioned sometimes too good to be true is too good to be true. . . .

have a look at the vin in the front window (bottem right) if it has VR in it its a VR if it has VS in it its a VS.... also if its not debadged.. silver new skool badge = VS
black old skool badge = VR


and if that still dosnt help hopefully it has a engine in it and if its the VS engine you know what it is vice versa

do you know how many K's it has? 6spd manual?

and... when was the LPG tank last checked? needs to be checked every 10 years i think it is... im pritty sure that can cost a fair bit... just like everything lol

just loook at the tail end if clubsport is writtten in mass letters its vr and if its tiny and kinda italic then its vs...
as for the comment of 6 speed urm the 5.0 were a 5 speed manual in the clubbies the senators definatly a 6 speed but clubbies onli a 5
if its still there go steal its centercaps and mail them two me ill mail you some cash haha need
some three spoke centercaps for my rig
