detailed engine bays

does anybody have any pics of their polished up, detailed engine bay's .
im lookin at polishin up my manifold & other bits without spending a fortune,
or should i just spend some money on gettin things chromed.

sircruisealotVS, theyre kilkenny rocker covers, can get em thru autobarn stores, repco should be able to get them, etc.

what did you sand it with , machine or by hand?? & which grade?
looks neat , i love chrome. makes it look more classy. what about the plastic bits , i heard armoral is good , to give it that shiny wet look. any thoughts??

yeh looks good too!
what do you use on the plastic??are they chromed pulleys?? did you get them done yurself or buy them as is?
i mite look at adding some braided lines too.
