hey all,
got a little problem with the vr
today driving home from work i notice that the clutch pedal
was a little hard to push, while pushing it in it virbates alot.
the clutch cable was changed 7 months ago.
when car is turn off and your push the clutch in you can here a short rattle and could be even a rubbing noise.
if you want more info or have an idea wat it could be let me know

I think it's the actual clutch fork....
Least your clutch isn't slightly squelling due to not returning properly.
Your clutch pedal spring is broken if it won't put preload on the throwout bearing when you take your foot off the pedal and from what I've seen they mostly all are and if you go to put a new one in the spring you can't wind it up so it works like it is supposed to.
So you bend the new spring a little and install it so it locates in a different place so it still preloads without being too much it stops it squeeling and doesn't break again...worked for me. At the same time you can put new graphite on the pivots.
With the spring broken on the pedal it is impossible to adjust the clutch properly.

i took my car to my machanic and he had a look at it
said it was the clutch on it's way out
anyway today was driving around and now it's stuffed even more
i got guoted $450 for standard clutch installed
or performance for $530 installed
hehe i'm going performance
anyway have to drive the gemini for the next few days
