AIR CON Problem, removing front bumper?

i am having a a problem with my air-con selector switch. air only blows at my feet. after reading several posts on this i have come to the conclusion it must be my vacuum tank. (i had someone reverse into the front left hand corner of my car a couple of weeks ago, now thinking back it was the same day the problem started !) my question is how do i replace the tank, and does anyone know how much they cost?

You should be able to look under the guard and see if it is the tank cracked or just the vacuum hose knocked off. Mew one are about $40 but a good 2nd hand one would be cheaper. Sure sound like thats your problem.
