Default Temps and Pressures?

I'm thinking about getting an oil pressure and oil temp gauge for my car, except I would just like to know what the normal's should be for both of them? And when I should be worrying...

I wouldn't waste money on those thing's on a stocko engine, unless you have something powerful under the bonnet.

The other problem with gauges is just where do you put them! But I wouldn't mind them.

Now I'm thinking mabey just an oil pressure gauge, and I would mount it on the right-hand side of the bottom un-used DIN slot.
