Vs Manual Conversion - Speed Sensor

Hey, very new to this site so please bare with me

i have recently converted my vs commodore to a manual. i am running manual computer but still the auto loom as the manual looms are expensive and the auto loom plugs straight into the manual computer. the problem i am having is the spedo side off things. the auto had 2 wire sensor where as the manual has a 3 wire sensor, so i have 3 wires and only 2 wires on the auto loom to connect to. is thier anyway i can either add another wire, or alter the loom to make this speed sensor work on the auto loom as i have had no spedo for the past 5 - 6 months.
