Car lights will turn on parkers but wont show normal driving lights

MY VRII will show parkers when i turn it to parkers but when i turn it agagin to headlights nothing happens. The parkers stay on but the headlights wont. Also my highbeams will still turn on so i dont think it is the light globe. Could it be the switch? any suggestions on what is wrong and how i could fix it? thanks

the headlight globes have 2 filaments,low can blow & hi still work.
Check your fuses & low beam relay.
Sounds like switch is ok

I have checked fuses and relays, i tried swapping the high beam relay and low beam relay but still no lo beam and only high beam

Try new globes, as said above the lows can blow and the high's still work.
