New Engines!!

My VR has blown up and currently looking at different stuff to do.

If money was no issue is there any other engines that would fit into my engine bay without to much issues? Im looking for something with a little more guts then my standerd V6. My car is auto if that means anything. How bout a statesman s/c v6, how would that go?

Depends how much effort u want to be in for. I've got two engines that i swap around when doing repairs got a S/C 5LT and a V6. For the 5Lt u need K frame, Tacho, Computer, G/Box, and other bits and pieces. S/C V6 hence Ecotec unless ur's was eco you'll need new computer and G/box. and possiable some radiator stuff.

there weren't any pics showing the engine, so I could only go off what was in the OP's second post

The Ecotec S/C put out the same KW as the V8 i think 165Kw.
