    Default Proper Jacking Locations

    could some-1 show me a diagram of the underside of a VS of where i should propely jack it up from and where do i place the jackstands? i am using the hydraulic type car jack not the flimsy factory jack

    accordin to my vs calais factory manual there is two points on either side of the car to jack from and they can be located by the half circle cut out on the lower sill!

    i have decided to upgrade my jack as well thinking it was a better option but found when i get a flat on the back the point on which i jack is no good as its too low. front is fine but i was thinking maybe the diff not too sure on this one either

    Also is you want to jack the entire front end up ,the center of the crossmember. and to jack the whole rear end ,the diff.
