Anybody know what one is worth for a VS and also do you have to get them from a Holden dealer.

as with anything, they're worth whatever someone is willing to pay. if you want brand new, I think you might have buckleys chance, but they're everywhere when you look towards the second hand markets

Try the wreckers, they should come quite cheap for second hand.

Depends on the type of BCM you have - there is a "Hi" and "Lo" version. You should be able to tell by looking at the sticker on the BCM. I got a new one from Holden a couple of years ago, but it wasn't cheap. Also had to change my key head because of the new BCM
