Idler Pully!!!!!!

want to replace the idler pulley i believe it is lil wheel that sits up top as my bearings gone in mine ? any1 tell me how 2 change mayb pics aswel and can i get a new one from autobahn etc are they as good as the gm ones?

go for the after markets 1 man!..dont ever get the GM ones.

the ones in autobarn are sweet bcaz theyre steel or metal where as the GM 1's are plastic


oh and removing the old one is a sinch. grab the proper socket size and loosen it by pushing the ratchet towards the right, its a reversed thread

right-loosen left-tighten

ive changed mine 3 times only to find that the gm one is the best. and then went to extent of changing the whole assembly, as i found, and u might, that the spring tensioner went. pretty easy to do and id say well worth it in the long run.
