What Shocks???

Having a few dramas on picking shocks for my car i was going to get a set of monroe but a friend of mine said they arent that good for vs,
i have a set of SUPER LOW KING SPRINGS ready to go in and my vs will be riding on 17inch calais internationals, but im stuck with shock absorbers which one would probably be the best option for a vs?

it really depends on how much oyu wanna spend. in my book there's nothing wrong with munroe shocks and are great for a family vehicle, even the GT gas sports shocks are fairly good (i run these in the missus VS with dobi sport low springs). you could always spend a little more and get KYB maybe. if it's an all out race setup i'd go bilstein but expect to pay a lot more for these (they definitly do work, i have em on my V8. there very firm (read hard) at average road speeds but work brilliant at 200km/h)

There is nothing wrong with Monroe shocks. I have them in my other car and its going great.

Yeah thats what i was thinking, i will defenetly prob go for the monroe gt gas they seem realiable and affordable.
