10 stud vs 5 stud Rotors on Back of IRS VS Acclaim

My VS has 10-stud hole rotors on the back not the standard 5 stud. What is the difference between the two. One person i was speaking to said it was a police spec rotor.

I have no idea and simply want to know the difference if any one knows.

Any one know anything about the braking systems on the VS's. Or does any one know the best contact at holden to be able to find out whats the go.

I'm guessing no one knows, Does any one use 10 hole rotors?

I sent a email off to DBA and the reply i got was theres no difference there the same. Which brings me to wounder why the hell they would make them?

The 10 stud rotors are "idiot proof", it is so you don't have to think when putting them on to line up the hand brake adjustment hole. If you have 10 hole rotors, replace them with the same.


They are not police spec.

I'm so getting to hate cars, it just one thing after another - just stripped a bleeder value and need a new caliper now - Just pay people who should now what there doing it saves so much bull****
