Default VS Exec - Idling Issue

Hi All,

Was out driving the parents VS exec today and it seems to be having a few issues at the moment. Every time I came to a stop, the car would begin to splutter and sort of miss, but not stall, and the revs didn't seem to dip too much, but it was running really roughly... On takeoff there was some hesitation, almost like missing for a second, but once moving its fine, revved it right out to 5500rpm and there was no missing or backfiring or anything like that.

It's way too hot to work on at the moment, but any ideas on what might be causing the problem? I was going to clean the throttle body and idle control device and see if that made any difference, and then check the resistance of the leads and see what the go is.

Sounds more like a spark problem Harvs - leads or plugs.

I'd lean towards plugs.
