When I installed the DBA slotters on my VS I put in some Bendix Ultimate pads... they were fantastic, the hotter you got them the better they worked, but the dust was shocking, I basically ended up having black front wheels 3/4 of the time. The other thing was that they didn't last too long either, only just over 20,000km before replacing them, which I thought was pretty low... I replaced them with Bendix CT pads, and they worked ok, but nowhere near as well as the Ultimate pads. They also made a lot of 'grinding' noise when hot, and especially if you had to stop quickly.

i'm using Ferado 'ZERO' pads, seems to be doing the job well, only recently put them on though so hard to say how good they are.

EBC green stuff are very good. They have ceramic and they don't dust as much, also the dust is lighter so it's less noticeable.

I put DBA slotted in my VR and also went Bendix

those #*!crap pads lasted about 100kms
as they made grinding and graunching noises
and had the wheels absolutely black...just after the
    bedding in procedure

I went Formula Ferodo after that...top pads

bendix have a bad name for excessive dust and wear on rotors, but i guess if you wanna stop fast somethings gotta wear. have heard good stuff about ebc, they have diffrernt levels also, green, yellow and red. red being race style from memory

I used Bendix Advance with slotted rotors before. Felt great through the pedal, not quite as good performance as Ultimates, but never had any dust problems, just slight squealing before they warmed up

Im running Bendix Advance pads at the moment with my standard rotors and they are performing really well and they are producing very little dust.

QFM HPX. Same performance as Bendix Ultimate, without the dust and rotor wear. Same compound as everybody is raving about in the Police spec group buy. $75.

Although I'm a premium Bendix distributor, my personal opinion of them is stay clear. There's much better pads out there for the dollars...
