VR overheating

I've read all the associated material on how-to's however I have had a chat with a mechanic who quoated about $500 to replace the inlet gasket I'm willing to have a go myself but need guidence I've done the backflush etc but looked at the inlet side of things and said OhF^*@k need help and steps involved Pics would be nice thanx in advance Spiderbite.

Would definatly recommend a gregorys for this one as they have done a complete list for you with pics. Runs through the proper procedure, there is a fair bit to do so your best off doing it properly.
