VS III V8 Ute, LSD as standard?

Hey guys,

Quick one, does a VS Series 3 Ute (98) V8 Manual come with a LSD, or is this an option. If so, do many people take it?

all utes came with lsd, my mate has a normal s3 ute, manual

The base model series III Ute's did not come standard with an LSD however LSD's were offered as an optional extra. SS Series III Utes came standard with a LSD. I cant find any information on whether or not S models came standard with an LSD or not.

I have a series 2 VS ute , non LSD , but have bought one from a wagon ( gotta find time to bolt it in )

Compliance plate is GU8 for lsd, GU4 for open centre

I have the vs ss ute and yes standard with that model. I think they only made 800 about from memory, I'm not sure about the other models.

VS SIII S Pak came with solid rear end as standard and was an option. I would assume that this would be the same for the SS, but again not 100% sure.

my Series 2 Ute S pack Ute did not have one, untill i replaced it with one :P
